    Literally a pit stop! On our way to San Antonio and we needed food for our hungry crowd! After looking at several places, this restaurant stood out based on reviews. A mile south of I-10, we pulled into the parking lot. The outside was welcoming and clean. Food is immediately to your left as you walk in and yes it's cafeteria style ordering. We ordered brisket, turkey, sausage, Mac & cheese, potato salad and the cucumber salad with vinegar. It was a total hit! The brisket was super moist, tender literally falling apart, the turkey was moist and flavorful as well as the sausage. The brisket had a mild beautiful smoke to it without the overpowering bark on it. Love it! All the sides were yummy too, creamy Mac & cheese, refreshing potato salad and cucumber salad. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is seating inside as well as outside. Restrooms were clean. Fountain area for drink refills and to-go containers also available. Happy eatings!

    The food was great, staff was kind, very clean facility! Just allow time if you go around lunch time, they only had one person making plates. They allow dogs on premises, outside only. It would be great if they would add more shaded areas for you & your dogs. Overall, it's a great place! We'll stop by again on our next road trip!

    great local joint that's in a highway town. off the main strip a bit. ribs weren't as tender as i liked but the brisket is good. never had spicy spaghetti so that's worth a try if you haven't either!
